Hi Fitgirl- it is wonderful to see your positivity! You are not allowing BP to come in the way of enjoying dancing and exercising, AND at the same time destressing and relaxing the mind, which is also very important. BP can get SO overwhelming especially in the beginning, and having an outlet such as dancing is wonderful! The initial weeks are the toughest. You are doing great and holding on very well!
It is also nice that you are videotaping your BP experience and uploading it so you and other new members can see the face in motion and record progress with time--we all feel so stressed, worried and lost in the beginning. Take care and best wishes to you for a full recovery AND for all the wonderful things you are doing to reach out to people and spread messages of positivity, fitness and well being! P.S. creative minds are surely having some fun with the waka waka dance- http://www.youtube.com/user/mayumo0o#p/u/4/YtwoaAB76qs Hope we all take a little time to waka waka, even if in our mind and soul... |
